Unrefined sea salt crystals are naturally formed by the sun and ocean breeze. Harvested with traditional methods known for centuries from the salt pools of the coastal town of Bac Lieu. The sea salt crystals only contain natural elements and minerals.
 
Ingredients: 100% Sea salt (NaCl >= 95%) 
 
Instruction for use: Use directly or as a seasoning.
 
Net weight: 180 grams (GOURMET size) / 500 grams (CHEF size) .
 
Storage Instructions: Store in a cool and dry place.
