Five Spice

A five-spice seasoning salt with a Vietnamese kick. A perfect balance of organic cinnamon, star anis and red hot chili powder, black Phu Quoc pepper and fennel seeds finished with salt flakes from Bac Lieu.
 
Ideal for pan frying, roasting, grilling or just to sprinkle on top of your Banh Mi sandwich. 
 
Ingredients: Salt flakes (85%), dried chili flakes, cinnamon powder, Phu Quoc black pepper, fennel seeds, star anise. 
 
Instruction for use: Use directly or as a seasoning.
